We are looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist on provide secretarial and administrative support
- Assist on sorting, distributing and responding or drafting responses to incoming mail in timely and efficient manner
- Assist updates bulletin board by posting and removal of outdated materials
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum requirement Diploma and above
- At least 2 years related working experience in construction field
- Able to speak mandarin , malay and English
- Positive attitude , able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess own transport
- Working Location : Kolombong
- Working days – Monday to Saturday
- Salary : RM1500- 2000 ( depends on the experience)
